 Hey everybody today, we are going to talk about stress and yes, it’s something that plagues everybody, especially with what’s going on in the world right now. So I’m going to give you a couple really helpful hints that you can do on a daily basis in order to help manage stress, whether it’s work stress, whether it’s financial stress, it might be relationship stress.

It could even be,  you know, health stress. There’s lots of different things that can add up over time and lead to stress. But if we can get those under control, it’s only going to help you out. Sitting is the new smoking. Get up, Get out, Have FUN in NWA

 Hey, Northwest Arkansas coming at you live from outside today because it is a gorgeous summer day. And we are super excited to be experiencing that weather here in Arkansas right now, of course, with,  you know, the summer that we’ve had is in blistering hot. We’ve got a cooler one over the weekend, make sure that you get outside and you enjoy it.

I want to talk about the benefits of physical activity, because when you’re moving that body, when you’re moving the joints, especially the ones along your spine. It’s only going to help with mobility and actually helps by taking pressure off the nerves within the spine because mobility comes, increase this space within your joints.

Backpack Safety For Children – Deeproots

 First of all, if you guys have kids that are going back to school in the comment section below, just right back to school and we’ll give you guys some love for that, because I know it’s going to be a little different school year, and we just want to give all the love and support to our students and definitely to the team teachers, because they have been prepping hard for this. We’ve been doing a lot of school talks recently,  for teachers giving them back and showing them how to stress less. And if you guys know, teachers make sure that you thank them because they are one of the most under-appreciated professions.

so definitely show them some appreciation as you go into the next few days and weeks here at school starts. But to the point, if you guys have kids, make sure you’re watching this because I’ve got backpack safety tips for you today. And the big idea here is as cool as it is to wear one strap. You want to make sure that the kids are putting straps over both shoulders because if you put it over one shoulder, you can imagine that as heavy as those backpacks are.

What we do at Deep Roots Health Center to get phenomenal results

 What I’m going to bring to you guys today is essentially how my technique works and what it is that we do at deep roots health center in order to get such phenomenal results, because I’ve been getting asked this question a lot recently from family members and friends of my patients that come along with them for their appointments. And ultimately they’re wondering.

What it is that we’re doing with our technique, because it’s a little bit different than what you would typically think of when you go to a normal chiropractor.  because we do something called TRT, which is torque release technique, it’s neurological based chiropractic care. And what that means is there’s actually no manual popping, clicking, or cracking that occurs with my adjustment.
